Fairhope is a community situated along the eastern shoreline of Mobile Bay, about 18 miles from Mobile and 30 miles from Gulf Shores. The waterfront community is known for its welcoming, small town atmosphere that’s a popular spot for raising a family or as a quiet community to retire in.
Fairhope offers a variety of condos and homes at a variety of price points. Some of the popular neighborhoods in Fairhope include Dominion Farms, Firethorne, Fruit & Nut District, Hawthorne Glenn, Lakewood Club Estates, and Old Battle Village. While there are a variety of historic homes in the community, mainly near or in the downtown area, there is also plenty of new construction as well.
