The offerings of condos in Orange Beach are quite vast. The condo complexes stretch all the way down Beach Boulevard, from Palm Beach on the west end (going toward Gulf Shores) to Phoenix X on the east end (going toward Perdido Key). Waterfront options available in Orange Beach include Old River, Wolf Bay, Arnica Bay, and Bayou St. John.
Most of Orange Beach’s condos and homes sit on the beachside, yet there are a number of properties across the street from the beach that still offer easy beach access and walkability to shops and dining.

Sections of Orange Beach Alabama
The western end of Orange Beach features many large gulf front condos including Palm Beach, Sugar Beach, Phoenix West II, Phoenix West, the Cottages at Romar and Harbour Place. There are also a variety of beach houses in the area, which are rather large and are great investment properties as rental options for them are always in demand.
Central Orange Beach is where you’ll find numerous restaurants, shopping opportunities, and attractions, as well as more newly-constructed and longstanding condo complexes. Past downtown Orange Beach is the area west of Perdido Pass, which is where many boats come through the area. This eastern section of the community includes a variety of condo developments, many of which sit just over the Perdido Pass Bridge.
A variety of neighborhoods can be found throughout Orange Beach, including the boating communities of Bear Point Estates, Captains Cove, and Terry Cove Harbor; beachfront neighborhood like Cottages at Romar; large lots in Perdido Gates; and newer construction options such as Bear Point Heights, Cypress Village, Harbor Ridge Magnolia Place, Park’s Edge, and Spyglass.
